Corporate exploitation, and all of the corporation’s wrong doings, is just another form of colonialism. The corporation’s activities, benefit wealthy nations, but do little for developing countries. Local governments overlook what damage the corporations are doing to its country’s resources and people, because of the commerce they bring to the country.
