Majority vs. Minority populations

In developing countries, often the minority populations are subject to oppression and abuse from the majority populations. In SriLanka the Tamils are being killed by the Sinhalese, using money and weapons from China, India and other countries. In Israel, they are trying to kill off the Palestinians, using American weapons and money.
