International Relief Organizations

The ordinary person, who may have lost everything because of war or natural disaster, receives less help from international relief organizations, then the media campaigns to collect money, would suggest.  The reality is that very little money reaches the people in desperate need, and the relief organizations keep the money for their own purposes.
